When I went to the headquarters here in Toronto, I was greeted, despite Covid19 by the manager. He was extremely helpful, showing me how to properly clean the frying pan. Then for the second time he replaced the frying pan with a new one. Since then, I have used the frying pan usually twice a day - on the stove at in the oven, even at very high temperatures. The results have always been really great and clean up has been really simple and the frying pan still looks like new.

User's recommendation: Call the local Titanium office and talk to them. Their service department is excellent. I use Dawn Powerwash spray immediately (as soon as the pan has cooled) with a soft sponge, and the pan is cleaned easily.

Need a replacement handle

One of the handles on my pot broke and I have tried for years to buy one from the company but all I get is them trying to sell me *** new set. This happened to me from Arizona office. If anyone can help me please tell me how can I get a replacement for one handle. I don't think that is too much to ask for. A very sad customer, Sidney

No longer a pissed consumer

After my initial complaint here, the company contacted me. I went to their Scarborough outlet and the manager showed me how to clean the frying pan to eliminate build up of oil. He then replaced the frying pan with a new one. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I was treated with respect and understanding.
